A qualified Social Worker with 18 years’ experience working across a variety of settings with people experiencing disadvantage and complex needs.

Rob hails from Melbourne where he has managed a number of case management, community development and mental health programs. Rob now calls Byron Bay home and is passionate about social justice, risk management and trauma informed practice. Rob is a certified trainer with the Crisis Prevention Institute delivering the MAPA training (Managing Actual and Potential Aggression).

Rob is a fierce advocate for those experiencing disadvantage and is committed to getting the best outcome for the people he supports. Rob is sometimes accompanied by his Certified Therapy Dog Missy.
