My name is Sandy. I am a support corodinator with the Jeder Institute. I love this role because I assist people with a disability to find the right support that best meets their needs.
I ensure the person with a disability and their support network, understand and use their NDIS plan effectively to pursue their identified NDIS goals.

I connect the person with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services of their choosing. Assist the person to build confidence and skills, to use and coordinate their supports and understand all the changes that occur in the NDIS landscape.

Collaborate with the person and their support network to complete preliminary pre-planning reports. Develop, implement, update and maintain the participants support plan in line with their NDIS goals.
