Lynn Reynolds
Support Coordination
Hi my name is Lynn.
A little bit about me, I have had 2 years’ experience as a LAC working on the North Coas. I was Acting Team Leader, Senior LAC and Community Engagement Officer during this time.
I enjoyed supporting individuals with disability to apply for NDIS funding to enable inclusion and support them in line with their interests and individual goals. As the Community Engagement Officer, I dedicated time to business development with a focus on inclusion of Aboriginal people living in isolated areas.
I have 15 years’ experience within the Disability field including Disability Employment service, DADHC’s Family Assistant Fund and LAC.
Prior to moving to Lismore, I lived in Inverell and was employed by the Department of Natural Resources as an Administration Support Officer and prior to that, five years with Community Transport HACC as Financial Controller/Assistant Coordinator. Outside of work I love to be in my garden or painting, crafting and home improvements. I have 2 dogs and 3 ragdoll cats who also keep me busy. I am also an ex volunteer Lifeline phone crisis counsellor and have recently trained to provide Suicide Awareness Training.
