InCollaboration is a social change agency and consultancy.

​We are in a time of rapid change with increasing concentration of wealth and power, community tensions, and unprecedented and unpredictable environmental crises and challenges. Business as usual is not an option.

​We work with organisations and networks focused on local and big picture change and building resilient communities, addressing economic fairness and ecological regeneration.

We build strategy, strengthen organisations and networks. We build ecosystems through building strategic partnerships, accessing resources and new ways of working. We co-design and catalyse new and join up with existing initiatives to accelerate positive change.

​​We are currently the lead catalysing organisation for the Sydney Commons Lab. This initiative is part of a global movement for community-led initiatives for shared local wealth, community ownership and ways of living and working that regenerate our natural environments.

​As a social change agency we undertake pro bono and paid work. We proactively scan and sense changing contexts, build relationships, work collaboratively and adapt our strategies to accelerate positive collective impact, continually taking into account emerging challenges and opportunities.

​As a consultancy, we work for and on behalf of leaders and organisations aligned with our values and goals. We share our insights, relationships and networks to extend possibilities for clients.
