If you have any IT questions, our IT dept should be your first point of contact. If they cannot help with your query, they will advise you on who you should speak with or how you should resolve your issue. 

You can contact our IT dept as much as you like, they are there to help you. They can assist you with almost every aspect of your IT setup. This includes but is not limited to:

• Email setup on your computer of mobile device
• General computer issues such as slow computer, errors or even a virus.
• Purchasing a new equipment such as a new computer, mouse, headset, or other IT related hardware.
• Forgot username or password for any of the Jeder IT systems.
• General information or questions and training.
