To get started with using the Jeder Institute’s collaborative and communication platforms you first need to follow the three instruction guides listed below. This will get you up and running to a point where you can obtain fast and easy IT support, access to Microsoft Office software and Adobe Acrobat so that you can read documents, guides and other material.
Installing AnyDesk: The AnyDesk software allows Jeder Institute’s IT Dept to easily access your machine if needed and upon your request. If you have trouble installing the AnyDesk software, please contact the Jeder Institute’s IT Dept for assistance with this.
We do recommend that you try to perform the install of the AnyDesk software prior to contacting Jeder Institute’s IT Dept as they will ask for the AnyDesk ID details so they can access your computer.

Install Microsoft Office:When you become a member of the Jeder Institute you automatically receive a Microsoft Office 365 subscription which is associated to your jeder.com.au email account. This subscription allows you to install Microsoft Office onto up-to 5 devices. This includes Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh computers as well as mobile devices such as Apple iPhone and other Android devices.
Microsoft Office can be downloaded and installed on your computer from Jeder Institute’s SharePoint Team site.

Install Adobe Acrobat Reader (or an equivalent PDF reader): There are several other guides that we suggest you refer to so that you can further connect yourself to the Jeder Institute’s platforms. These guides will all be in a PDF format so you will not be able to view them without a PDF reader. Most browsers can read a PDF file, so we have included a guide on how to install Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.
