Jeder Membership is an opportunity to work and connect with like-minded practitioners who are passionate about using strengths based approaches in their work. Jeder membership provides a team of collaborators, supporters and champions who come together in the spirit of collaboration and generosity to support each other’s journeys instead of experiencing the loneliness and challenges of working alone.
This document aims to support you in your decision making around how your
relationship with Jeder will look, and there are a few options.

- You’ve heard about Jeder and would like more information about how to join.
- You might be a member and want to invite someone in.
First Step:
Organise a time with a member you know or who you have contact with to discuss the following and gain a deeper insight on the membership process.
Invitation Conversation:
- Initiate a conversation with 3 other members from the different teams (refer organisational model on page 1) of the organisation about what membership means in the context of:
- Jeder’s Aquamarine Governance Framework
- The Jeder Pillars and
- The Culture Jedi
What’s next?
If you decide to go ahead with membership, a Jeder member will guide you through Jeder’s induction and on-boarding processes.
We hope you consider joining us and if you would like to find out more, or if you have further questions, please discuss with the member who has sent you this document or email info@jeder.com.au
