Lidia is a qualified teacher with over 15 years of experience supporting students with disabilities in the education sector. She has worked closely with young adults and their families, collaborating with key stakeholders, writing individualised education and behaviour plans, and guiding students through transitions from high school to further education and the workforce. A passionate advocate for disability support, Lidia focuses on promoting positive behaviour support and addressing each individual’s intellectual, physical, emotional, and medical needs.
Now a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Lidia brings her experience and commitment to dignity and respect into her practice. She works collaboratively with individuals, families, and support teams to implement strategies that create lasting, meaningful change. Lidia is dedicated to empowering others to overcome challenges, build life skills, and achieve greater independence in line with their personal values and goals. Outside of work, Lidia enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking long walks in nature, reading, and travelling. Known for her kindness and empathy, she takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships and adapting to the unique, ever-changing needs of each client.
