WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM?
The Jeder Institute’s Community Leadership Program supports community members to discover and practice purposeful leadership through an immersive learning experience.
Our Workshops are delivered with participatory processes and each session will provide participants with theoretical resources and practical tools for application.
The 10 to 12 session community leadership program includes:
- Facilitation by 2 members of the Jeder Institute team
- Co-design to consider the local context
- Sessions with local, national, and global leaders
- Face to Face and online sessions.
Consultation with the design team and participants will allow flexibility of the program where needed.
