Vanessa has previously worked as a support worker for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. This was an area that she felt confident in as she grew up with her younger brother who has Autism, developmental delay and epilepsy. She has also worked in management in the hospitality industry. Since having her first daughter Ruby, she has found her way back into the care industry doing what she feels most passionate about.
