Rhiannon has experience in a variety of settings including the education system, direct care and support services. Previously she has worked in advisory roles for large organisations, influencing culture change and providing education around Values in Practice, Person Centred Thinking and offering the experience of Person

Centred Planning to individuals, families, support teams, and
 managers through Maps, Paths and Lifestyle Planning. Rhiannon is a mentoree of Jack Pearpoint in graphic facilitation and a Map and Path course facilitator. She has been involved in this work for 15 years and is currently the Person Centred Practitioner for Ability Options.
 She is passionate about social justice; human rights; Fleetwood Mac; individualised support; lots of colour; listening deeply; felines big and small; and the vision of a time when inclusion and equity are a true priority in all communities!
